So how many pounds should you really weigh?  Use the chart below to find your ideal body weight.  Your frame size will determine which scale to use.  To determine your frame size, measure your wrist with a tape measure, and then use the appropriate chart below.  An explanation of what these numbers mean is below the chart.  You may be surprised!
